The staff - James was exceptional helpful! We flew in Busan with 2 bikes, and we plan to cycle to Seoul. But sending the bike bags to Seoul was a bit complicated and challenging… James helped us with lots of efforts and sent out the packages! We were so moved by their hospitality and kindness!!

This guesthouse is near the Sasang station, which is just 8 mins away from Gimhae International Airport by taking MRT. And the owner always reply the question quickly, and also friendly to travelers.

The staff were absolutely lovely and super helpful! I was riding to the hotel from one of the main streets nearby, fell off my skateboard, luckily enough one of the workers was right behind me, he grabbed my board and offered me a tangerine! Such such lovely people and a great room! Rlly good bathroom and bed space, loved that the room had a desk

The breakfast was delicious. It was Korean food, not a buffet, and there were free drinks too. The room was upgraded for no particular reason. One of the best was the kindness of a frontperson! I learned a lot from him about translating my language(Japanese) into Korean.

Great value for that price. Short distance to the airport. Rooms are well equipped, clean and warm (we were there in January). It is located in industrial zone are but during the night it is really quiet part of the city. Also very simple breakfast (instant soup) was okay.

Ease of check in and check out without time consuming procedures, the location that is so close to public transport, all the in room amenities provided are top notch, the view from the room was also amazing, the peaceful environment, helpful and friendly staff who tried their best to go out of their way and help us out especially considering the language barrier. Overall the property is an absolute 10/10 deal and our entire stay was very comfortable, would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel was centrally located and close to public transport options - subway and bus. We booked a three bedded room and there was so much space to lay out our things, there was dedicated seating and table area as well. The beds were very comfortable and firm - perfect for us. However if you prefer a softer bed, this might too firm for you. There is also a free laundry area for guests to use - which was greatly appreciated! But the real gem in this hotel were the concierge staff. They were very helpful and professional; despite not speaking English we were able to communicate well with them using translation apps. We were checked in by a young woman about two hours before we could enter our room, but the hotel had already organised and cleaned our room so it was ready by the time we arrived. We encountered a mishap with our taxi transport on the way to this hotel, and the young woman at reception immediately jumped into action - no questions asked. She called many numbers to try and get hold of the taxi driver (luckily one of my friends took a photo of his registration on the dashboard) who dropped us off to help retrieve an item my friend accidentally left in the taxi. Without her help, I don't think we could have managed to get my friend's item back. We are so grateful for your help! On check out day, we were helped by a man at reception on booking a taxi for us with our numerous luggages. He was very patient and gave good explanations using a translation app. He walked us out to the meeting point and communicated with the taxi driver for us. We are grateful to your staff for being so helpful, kind and professional. Despite not being able to communicate through a common language, you all made so much effort to help us with the challenges we had.
