Super easy to check in with a code. This perfectly located, tiny but very functional apartment had the most soundless AC you can wish for. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. It had a nice shower and a well-equipped kitchen. It was quiet, and we liked everything about this place. The underground station, coffee shops, a very good supermarket, and an array of other stalls and shoppes were all within more or less walking distance.

Amazing choice in Busan! Perfect location next to streetfoodmarkets, restaurants, indoor market (clothes etc.), shopping (lots of stores), karaoke, bowling, arcades, bars, are all right outside. I personally met some travelfriends from Korea in Busan (they slept in other hostels) who were a bit jalous of the location. Furthermore, the rooms were very clean, the beds had a good amount of space and the staff was friendly! Good to know, is that the hostel is self-service focused, which was fine for me since the messages were clear (that were being send / left behind).
If you look for a clean hostel with the perfect location in Busan, this would be your option!!

I've traveled all over the world, and this was one of my favorite places to stay. The staff is amazing. I have never experience people so helpful, and thoughtful. The kind and thoughtful Japanese woman, and I believe, it was the woman owner, they both went above and beyond, I am very thankful to have stayed here. The breakfast was delicious, the room/bathroom was very spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need. Free laundry, and a lovely common area to eat or relax. The bed was comfortable, great water pressure, and great air conditioning. The location is perfect, close to the train station, food and shopping. Thank you for being so kind and helping me when I wasn't feeling well. I highly recommend staying here. I can't wait to return.

This place is clearly designed thinking about the comfort of people travelling. They have everything needed during the trip, beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet and clean and it's very well located. The bakery was amazing and the fact that we can do the laundry as well was definitely appreciated.

Apartment is spacious, very clean, has all the amenieties everything is there, plenty of towels, tooth brushes, soap, toilet paper etc. Beds are big and comfortable, 3 double beds, very comfortable, clean linen, the host is also very kind and she let us check in early. Location is quite good you are right in the Seomyeon area. There is also filtered drinking water provided.

The ladies at the front desk were all kind, accommodating, and spoke great English. Check in and check out were a breeze. They even called a taxi for me upon check out.
I love the location of the hotel as it is just a few minutes away from the bus stop and metro. The hotel room is stereotypical Japanese -- very clean, functional, and high-tech. I loved the bathroom equipment in particular. The hotel even provides skincare products and clean, pressed pajamas to save you from having too much laundry during your stay. Hot meals for breakfasts are also provided by the kindest ladies on the 2nd floor dining area. They are very prompt and their rotate the menu so there's always something different for breakfast every day. I will definitely book Toyoko Inn again in the future.
