Really close to MRT station, located in university area so it's having restaurants, olive young, convenient store near by. Having elevator so moving luggage up and downstairs is quite easy. I had my own room with bathroom on 7th floor, it was so quiet. The view is alright. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I reached them via kakaotalk and they response fast. You can use the washing machine for free. If you want to use drying machine, insert 1000w bill for 50mins use (I recommend 3hrs for clothes fully dried). Those machine located on the lounge at 1st floor, next to the kitchen.

It's a pretty small place but it does have everything you need. Both rooms have AC. It's about 10 mins walk to the subway and there's decent amount of restaurants and bars around.

I came to Korea for a business trip for 3 nights and 4 days. I came to Seoul three to four times a year, and I was very satisfied. The bedding was clean and cozy. I can hardly hear any noise, so I'm also satisfied with the sound insulation. There were hotel gowns that you couldn't see unless you were a luxury hotel, and slippers were also provided. In Korea, there are many cheap facilities under the name of a motel, but this place is hotel-level and I am satisfied with the price. If I have to come to Seoul next time, I'm going to do it here. In particular, there was an air purifier in the room, so I could feel refreshed. I liked the unmanned kiosk system that allows for late check-out and early check-in. It was good to pay as much as it was late, and I'm very satisfied because it's around 5,000 won an hour. And the carrier can also be stored free of charge in the locker on the 5th floor, so please refer to it.

We booked for 6 nights for a family of 4. Awesome location and clean accommodation. The host is very helpful and responsive. 3 mins walk to metro station. 7 Eleven store just 50m away. The washing machine and dryer are handy to have.
