Breakfast was great, a korean style breakfast. The staff were very friendly and gave us an upgrade to a corner suite. We could get great views of our first night in Seoul. The room was very large, two toilets. Great for a family.

To be honest, everything was amazing! The house is super cute and has everything you may need, plus its super easy to access. The address is perfect, its near touristic areas but the neighborhood is calm so its perfect to rest at night and make the best of your time on the rest of the day. E.T. 이모 is the sweetest person ever, she was super kind with us and recommended stuff for us to do (even told us she could help us for the rest of our korean trip). So 10/10, really, I would totally recommend it for others and I hope I can come back someday too!

I was a bit wary travelling alone for the first time ever, not knowing what to expect from a hostel, but as soon as I stepped in, it all fell away. The place is really cozy and being located in a quiet neighborhood, it's comfortably away from the city hustle while still in the walking distance from the subway. I 100% recommend and I'll be sure to return, thank you!

Our first trip to South Korea was totally awesome! We brought along our parents, 78 and 70. We were three couples and stayed in a six-person room. It was super spacious! The elevator is right next to your door. The owner was so generous, providing us with tissue, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a steam iron, a hair iron, cp charger, and even slippers. Even though there's only one bathroom/comfort room for six people, it wasn't a problem at all. We just took turns. So, I suggest bringing a friend or someone who won't bother the group. It has a smart toilet. The place was so convenient, with restaurants, convenience stores, street food, bus stops, train stations, and even an Olive Young nearby! What made it even better was the owner's care. They messaged and asked on our parents because of the sudden drop of temperature, it was 1degree. They even offered their place for our parents to stay while waiting for our ride to the airport, no charge! That was very thoughtful! We'll definitely stay here again when we come back. We had an amazing 5 star stay! I can't recommend Hotel Naru enough. This stay was a top highlight during our time in Seoul. Overall - It was a luxurious experience. Hospitality and service was top notch and everyone was warm and attentive. The hotel delivered a classy yet chill vibe which meant we had a taste of the high quality luxury hotel experience. Room - We were upgraded to a Han River view room (from a city view) which we were grateful for. The sunsets was one of the best views in Seoul. Room was spacious and bed comfy. The bathroom was spacious as well and we loved the bathtub and rain shower. The room is also fitted with high tech facilities and had lots of storage space for clothes or luggage. Dining - We ate at the Lounge & Deck for dinner and the afternoon high tea. Service was top notch, food among the best we had in Seoul plus a killer river view. Breakfast - Buffet style with lots of Korean, Continental, Japanese and American style options inc hot food like eggs, sausages and cooked meats etc. Facilities - The sauna (hot pool) was great. Plus they have a modern gym and pool. Special mentions - Thank you in particular to Layla (Concierge), Jenny (Voisin Bar) and Julie (Voisin Restaurant / Lounge & Deck). You went out of your way to make us feel welcome, your knowledge of food/drinks was amazing and we really appreciated your professionalism and hospitality

The host is really friendly! We liked the family room, it was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also clean and quite big. There is also another communal bathroom to use. A big plus was the washing machine, so we could wash our clothes. Thank you again, we would love to come back again. :)
