It was a fantastic stay! The studio is small, but has all the necessities, it is super-clean and located in a beautiful, colorful and calm street in the center of Seoul. Included in the stay, there is also a nice breakfast (toast with jam and peanut butter, orange juice, coffee, tea, boiled eggs and cereals).
Amy, the owner of the place, is kind and a wonderful person- thanks to her and her kindness we felt very welcome in Korea. After this stay, we travelled through Korea and stayed in other places, but 318 Stay was definitely our favorite.
Our best greetings to Amy! If we come back to Seoul, we'll definitely go there.

I could talk about the clean, new facilities, the amazing location in the heart of Myeongdong, the endless things to do in the area, and the quick, easy access to both the subway and the airport bus. However, it was the hospitality of Jax and Seonyoung, the owners, that truly makes me recommend this place. They go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional and will do everything they can to help you in any situation. I will definitely come back to this place.

The two sisters are very friendly and welcoming. Lady Koukou was very careful with me so that I didn't miss anything. I was out for 2 days to visit Sokcho and she kept my luggage, offered me a banana and upon my return she was waiting for me with the room with the air conditioning on and my luggage brought to the room. All day long, she cleaned up the places and looked for everything. A real Guesthouse !
P.s. For Europeans used to the western hotel and breakfast style, they might not be enthusiastic. I have traveled a lot in Asia and see things a little differently, so I knew how to appreciate this host.

Location to Everything major in myeongdong.
The beds very comfortable and huge tv purified water on tap in the room
They have washing machines and dryer too on the 5th all included and a nice lobby lounge area with ample coffee video games phuseball..
Staff are all really nice and helpful..
Ample brollies at the door too.
You shouldn't think twice with this place unless you're seeking a pool..
Meridian is across the hall if you're a bonvoy member .
