Staff is very helpful. They even helped me with my flight info, calling the airport for help. The hotel is in the city center. Taxis are available and very helpful. I stayed twice in the hotel, I am very happy with the service there and would highly recommend it.

The jacuzzi is big and fits 2 people comfortably. The living room was spacious, my friends came over and we were 5 people sitting. Also the heaters worked perfectly as the temperature outside was very low.

Favorite new hotel in the world. The decor, the location, the staff, the food all was wonderful. I think once there spa is done it will be even more amazing still. I will be back for sure!

For me the Habtoor grand has an amazing location due to its ease of access to the different main road, the staff were super friendly to name them all I worry I would miss someone, I will say this from reception to concierge to housekeeping all staff were just amazing, thank you for making my stay so wonderful. A special thanks to Manuela for the cake. Very nice touch
