The family are lovely that own the place. Only 2 units for rent. We stayed in the 1 bedroom and basically had the rooftop pool to ourselves. It was great with panoramic views of the city. Place has a lift for ease of bags etc. Quiet whilst still in heart of city. Close by to large park, shops and restruants. Owners daughter was exceptionally helpfull with suggestions for food. Highly recommend.

Specially the staff was very gentle and kind. The room was very spacious and fresh (the ac dorm). Though located in a avenue (which was wonderfull for transportation) had very good sleep as my room was very silent. There are some communal spaces that you can sit, confortable couches, tables, books, information about activities. Hot water and coffe as courtesy for the guests.
