The stay was flawless. The owner provided all information about how to get to the property and what to do by WhatsApp (SMS texting was also an option). The apartment is located in a neighborhood within an old building, but dramatically contrasts with it due to its modern reconstruction and having been fitted with much more than a typical tourist may need. And there's a fully automated coffee machine.

All neccessary in place. House looks a bit messy from outside, but the apartement is nice and comfy. Separate bedroom is convinient with kids. Public transport stop right in front of the house- good access to city centre.
Wooden House near City center offers accommodation in Rīga, 1.8 km from Kipsala International Exhibition Centre. Guests benefit from patio, garden with barbeque facilities and a terrace.

Excellent hotel , with good location (3 tram stops to the Old Town) good breakfast. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the night housekeeping staff (very rude and an unpleasant).
Stayed in this hotel before without any issue.
