Great property in a nice and quiet residential area but the maintenance and cleanliness is lacking. The property consists of a house with 2 independent dwellings (ground floor and first floor) with separate entrances and 2 inner courtyards. It was not suitable for us as we wanted a 3 bedrooms property, but the division of this one meant separation of our party. The property has modern kitchens, artistic framed paintings, street-nouveau wallpapers and modern beds with sitting furniture. The communication with the owners, caretakers Driss and the cleaning lady was pleasant and efficient.

The couple running the hotel were reliable and incredibly helpful with anything I needed - airport or bus station transfer, prolongation of booking, tips on things to do and places to eat, etc. Breakfast was good and plenty. The room - despite being on the ground floor and looking to the street - was still quiet enough for a bad sleeper like me. Both the room and bathroom were clean, and I was offered room service daily. I can only recommend this guesthouse!

Everything! Great location right next to the Souk and easy walking distance for places to eat. Kavisha the house keeper was lovely and cooked us great breakfasts and the best chicken tagine one night courtsey of the host.

Walid runs a tight ship. Breakfast and rooftop make for a really cosy homely vibe. Couldn't have asked for a better place to land for my first time in Morocco.
