The apartment is really beautiful and well-equipped not only for a short-term but also longer stay. There are 2 balconies, perfect for a morning breakfast which you may buy in one of the cafés nearby. There is also a parking spot underground which is safe and convenient. The bed is comfy but what really gets the job done are the blackout blinds.

Kaan is a very new and modern hotel and exceptionally clean and neat. The bedrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds and quality linen; and, everything we needed, for example soap in the shower and hairdryer. And the hotel is safe; you need the card for your room to not only unlock your room but also the elevator that takes you from the reception to the other floors in the building. The food was exceptional as all the ingredients used, were garden fresh; and, the dishes served gourmet tasty😋 and the portions large. Last but not least: the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

if i could give it 100/10 i would. as a muslim woman, i felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel. everything was extremely clean and new and well maintained. absolutely staying here the next time i come to casablanca. i’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness and they hit the mark.
