Beautiful riad in a fantastic location right in the heart of the Medina. The place is authentic, charming, and very clean, with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. A perfect base for exploring the city’s narrow streets on foot. Highly recommended!

I was so nervous about parking after reading many blogs but the manager was so helpful! He met us at the bottom of the street and someone else guided us into a parking spot outside there house, we paid 20 Dir to park overnight. All the staff especially the manager was so accommodating and kind, they helped us with our heavy bags to and from the car too! Breakfast was good too. They also have electric blankets inside the bedding which I thought was a lovely touch as it can get cold given it’s a Riad. The also had A/C so we had the heating on too. Really pretty decor too

I arrived around 2am in the middle of the night. The host was there waiting for me. Very nice service!

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Chams in Chefchaouen! The location was perfect, right in the middle of the charming old city, which made exploring easy and fun. Room: Our room was cozy, clean, and had an incredible view of the old city and mountains. Waking up to the fresh air and breathtaking scenery outside our window was a treat. The private toilet was well-maintained and the room had a nice, fresh smell. Staff: The real star of our stay was the staff. Simo, Aziz, Paris, Omar and everyone else went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were all so friendly, welcoming, and just really cool people. They gave us great recommendations for things to do around the city, helped us with our luggage, and were always there with a smile and a kind word. We can't forget about Couscous, the adorable little kitten that the staff clearly dotes on! Food: We always looked forward to breakfast, which was delicious and served by the friendly Omar. We couldn't get enough of the Chefchaouni dish "Bissara/Payssar" and the handmade Jben cheese – it was seriously out of this world! The terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast was the perfect spot to start our day, with the sun rising over the mountains and the city slowly coming to life. Omar's warm hospitality and attention to detail made each breakfast a delightful experience. Terrasse: The view is absolutely stunning, you can see the old city and the mountains stretching out before you, and it's the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of Chefchaouen. Overall, we would definitely recommend Hotel Chams to anyone visiting Chefchaouen. You won't find a better location, more delicious food, or cooler staff anywhere else in the city. From the moment we arrived, Dar Palma took us by storm. Its location is unbeatable; it’s located in the heart of Chefchaouen, offering unparalleled access to the blue streets and vibrant souks. But the real magic is in the views. From the hotel itself, and even from our own room window, we enjoyed stunning panoramic views of the city cascading down the hillside, all the way to the majestic Rif Mountains in the distance. The blue hues of the buildings, contrasted with the earthy tones of the mountains, were a feast for the eyes, an ever-changing canvas of beauty. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, but it was the view that really stole the show. Waking up to this view each morning was an experience in itself – a serene and inspiring start to each day exploring the enchanting city. The view from our balcony alone was enough to make this hotel worth the price of admission. the location and view are simply exceptional. If you are looking for a truly unforgettable experience in Chefchaouen, a hotel with a prime location and stunning views is a must. dar palma certainly delivers on that promise. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in this enchanting blue city.

Perfect location, with good restaurants and the main square nearby, but in a quiet street. A very comfortable little studio apartment, Imad was so helpful, responding to any questions we had, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to everything you want to be close to but away from the hassle. The hostel is really clean and facilities are at a high standard. The staff are all really nice, going above and beyond sorting out football tickets in another city etc. There was a misunderstanding with my washing - mistakes happen but it's how someone deals with making a mistake that is a true test of their character. They admitted their fault, were extremely gracious & polite and rectified the situation very quickly.
