I was so nervous about parking after reading many blogs but the manager was so helpful! He met us at the bottom of the street and someone else guided us into a parking spot outside there house, we paid 20 Dir to park overnight. All the staff especially the manager was so accommodating and kind, they helped us with our heavy bags to and from the car too! Breakfast was good too. They also have electric blankets inside the bedding which I thought was a lovely touch as it can get cold given it’s a Riad. The also had A/C so we had the heating on too. Really pretty decor too

Great location, close to everything you want to be close to but away from the hassle. The hostel is really clean and facilities are at a high standard. The staff are all really nice, going above and beyond sorting out football tickets in another city etc. There was a misunderstanding with my washing - mistakes happen but it's how someone deals with making a mistake that is a true test of their character. They admitted their fault, were extremely gracious & polite and rectified the situation very quickly.

The hotel is very centrally located and the room was extremely clean. The staff was also super helpful and kind. The terrace is also a must :) Highly recommend!!

From the moment we arrived, Dar Palma took us by storm. Its location is unbeatable; it’s located in the heart of Chefchaouen, offering unparalleled access to the blue streets and vibrant souks. But the real magic is in the views. From the hotel itself, and even from our own room window, we enjoyed stunning panoramic views of the city cascading down the hillside, all the way to the majestic Rif Mountains in the distance. The blue hues of the buildings, contrasted with the earthy tones of the mountains, were a feast for the eyes, an ever-changing canvas of beauty. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, but it was the view that really stole the show. Waking up to this view each morning was an experience in itself – a serene and inspiring start to each day exploring the enchanting city. The view from our balcony alone was enough to make this hotel worth the price of admission. the location and view are simply exceptional. Great communication with ismail. Met us on time and was helpful. The house was beautiful, it felt like I lived there and was one of the locals. Had everything I needed, even a gas stove to make my own Moroccan tea in the morning, the house was in a great location, central to everything in the médina. The terrace views were fantastic, I'll come again for sure!

The place I stayed was peaceful. No street noise or music from the outside. Hostel is very clean with authentic kitchen, fireplace, beautiful back garden and terrace with board games. Breakfast was very tasty. It is a pure gem in the middle of the medina!

Staff were all wonderful, friendly, polite and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Superior room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has been recently refurbished and so everything is new and in order. Location is perfect and is in a beautiful dar that has belonged to the family. The front room is beautiful with the original furniture and door and original tv.
