Staff, location, rooftop terrace, value for money.

The property was superbly decorated (it looks even better in real life!), very clean, spacious enough. The terrace had a view onto the mountains, we enjoyed having (a delicious) breakfast there. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and made sure we had a good stay.

It’s a beautiful Riad in a perfect location, close to everything. Breakfast on the terrace was fantastic along with a spectacular view over the city.

Yahya, the guest services person, was exceptional. His personal attention and innate kindness helped to make my visit very pleasant. The dar had recently been renovated with good quality materials and attention to details. It felt clean, fresh, and welcoming. Lovely view from the rooftop terrace. The location was especially convenient for wandering the city, buying things from the souks and the craftsmen and women at the Artisan Cooperative, restaurants, etc.

The traditional feel of the apartments were perfect. I wanted to show my family something different to get them a more authentic experience as it was most of their first time here. The owner, Muhammad, was very helpful. When we originally booked we only got this apartment for our big group which included two elderly people. We were going to look for another apartment or room somewhere else to accommodate the rest of us but he was able to secure us a very nice additional unit at a discounted rate. He also helped by securing big taxis, food recommendations, getting us good prices for items, and with my grandfather who has a hard time walking. I’ve been to Morocco 4 times now and have traveled all over the country. I’ve never met a host who was as helpful and friendly. It was like having an extra family member with us every step of the way.

Clean, pretty, centrally located in the Medina. The man I interacted with, Omar, was amazing. Really helpful and attentive. Met me at the entrance to the Medina and was responsive to all my requests, including finding me a driver for my return to the airport. Air conditioning!

This Riad is like a dream come true. My family of six never wanted to leave.

From offering local tips and arranging taxis to preparing a delicious homemade breakfast each morning, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. It felt less like a hotel and more like visiting a friend who genuinely cares about your experience. The entire staff was equally accommodating — always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. If you're planning a trip to Chefchaouen, do yourself a favor and stay here. The beauty of the riad, combined with the warmth of the host and staff, creates an unforgettable experience. You will not be disappointed!
