it was a lovely stay , its a ***** star hotel good rooms and staf was friendly i had a problem with the previous hotel i had forgot a expensive phone charger i request from the sweet lady in the front disck to call them she was so helpful and she offer me to keep the room until 14h00 , last thing It caught my attention the front desk manager is a young man werring glaces and fancy wearing suit and tie everyday handsome man good english speaking i forget his name thank you so much for your help

The place is very nice, newly opened, it has spacious and sparkling clean rooms - exactly as displayed in pictures.
It is located close to the train station, in the new area of Marrakech, safe to walk around also at night! By day we also walked to the Medina - it's maximum 30 mins by foot.
The staff is very kind and helpful, with recommendations and any information you may require during your stay.
We totally recommend choosing this hotel for your vacation.

The owner is very nice and lovely, constantly contacting us on arrival. As we were joining the Sahara desert tour and were arriving late due to traffic, he still waited for us to hand us the key. He even prepared us the hairdryer as we inquired even before our stay. He also suggested a location for the bus station to Essouira.

Hachim was very accommodating and very informative during our stay in Marrakech, Morroco. It's easy to communicate with him and his instructions upon check-in was very clear. The apartment was really clean and what you see in the pictures is the same in reality. I find it very affordable for a 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom. You can also cook as you like. All rooms have airconditioning. There are a lot of small stores outside and it's just accross La Trattoria Restaurant. It's also walking distance to train station. I would definitely book here again if I'm going back to Marrakech.
