Newly renovated apartments.
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment; it was spacious, stylish, and clearly prepared with care. Each bedroom had its own full-sized bathroom and a private balcony. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable.
The apartment also had a large common area with sofas and a dining table, perfect for spending the evening together.
The kitchen was equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a kettle. There were no cutlery items when we stayed, but you can request them at the reception and they will provide everything you need.
The parking space is around the building.
The location is very convenient—close to the city center but away from the hustle. It takes around 30 minutes on foot to reach the Medina. The neighborhood feels very safe and quiet. Nearby you can find a fast-food place, a casual restaurant, a kiosk, and a pharmacy.
The girls at the reception are the best part of the place. They are very friendly, caring, and helpful.

I spent one night in the flat and had a very pleasant experience. Sarah was friendly and always available to help, which made everything smooth. The apartment is clean, well located, and comfortable. It offers a calm atmosphere while still being close to many places in Marrakech. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
