We had a wonderfull week at the Tigmiza Boutique Resort! We are here for the 4rd time, and it gets better every year! This is mainly thanks to a very dedicated team. The service is very professional but at the same time the staff so friendly - simply you just feel in a better version of your home! So the typical day at Tigmiza would start with Marrakeh’s best Omlette from Chef Tariq and a tasty local pancake from Ghislaine. Then our super concierge - Lamia - would organize a trip to a hidden gem in the medina and reserve a fabulous rooftop. Back at the hotel we would have a snack at the pool bar professionally attended by Azzize&Aziz. Then we would get a traditional Hamman massage by skilled Hayat. We would finish the day with a magnificient dinner by Abdullah & Hamid, which always manage to surprise us with original events. We also thank Abdelrahim and his crew for taking care of the room and the luggage.

Room, setting, peaceful. A welcome retreat from the busyness of the Medina. Very good food and not too far from town to enjoy many of the great restaurants just outside the Medina (though taxis are required and best arranged via the hotel).

Most beautiful property and the food was fantastic. We stayed in a Pavillon with its own private pool, but unfortunately the pool was not as clean as it should have been and the garden had too many weeds for a property of this class. Still, the main pool looked wonderful, the ambiance and general staff were fantastic.

Attention to detail!The decoration is modern Moroccan style with attention to colours!
The grounds are so well kept,big communal areas for every purpose.
The staff was amazing!Youssef,the manager is a real treasure for the business and Khalid made the best refreshing mocktails.
Breakfast and meals were great and had a homely feel.10/10 the entire staff made our days and we are looking forward to coming back next time we find ourselves in Marrakesh.

Everything. This property is exactly as you in see the photos. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. You feel like you are walking into a beautiful marble palace, with a unique Moroccan flavour but still feeling warm and homely. The staff, the management everyone was exceptional and attentive. The family owned hotel gave a family feeling and were all lovely and attentive to making sure you have the best experience. The management and staff went above and beyond to help us have the best Stay. The breakfast was delightful and full of flavour as was the dinner. All in all an amazing experience and such an amazing place to stay and enjoy Marrakesh! Would recommend it to everyone!

This is a hidden gem, a small lodge with 13 beautiful and spacious rooms, with all the facilities to feel like in paradise. We loved our stay at Ksar Char-Bagh!First and foremost, the entire team of staff are amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to fill our trip with warmth and hospitality, giving us great ideas and setting us up in beautiful places during the day and in the evening. The grounds are stunning but peaceful, offering a real feeling of escape. The food, a good portion of which is grown on-site in the lovely vegetable gardens(!!), is varied and delicious. We would definitely recommend the experience and come back again!
