Such a beautiful Riad. The room was perfect, lots of space, comfortable bed and the shower was great also. The staff are very friendly, they welcomed us with tea and biscuits and made us a lovely breakfast the next day. Location is perfect, in the médina but easy to find and quiet at night.

Everything about Riad Asswar was amazing. The building is authentic Morocco. The family who own and run the Riad are beautiful people. Who genuinely treat you as family rather than guests. Greet you warmly every time you came home. The breakfast on the roof top was delicious and plentiful. And the location in the middle of the Medina. Made the trip perfect. A thing also about Rabat. I was so glad i did Rabat. The Medina was full of locals doing locals things. It didn’t feel touristy. It was a real Moroccan experience. Thanks so much to Riad asswar. I would stay again if I’m ever back in this part of the world.

EVERYTHING! The location, the staff, the Riad, the ambiance, the room, the bathroom, the comfort of the Riad. Just perfect! Next time I am staying more than 2 nights. The owner Mr. Ali and the Riad manager Mahdi were very kind. Mahdi was accommodating, explaining everything and what was around, the room we were staying in and even helped to carry our luggage out to the taxi. Really nice man.

The hosts are very kind and prepare a fresh breakfast every morning. The apartment is located in a quiet alley, not far from the Old Market. It was always clean and had a pleasant scent. Would recommend.

Very nice new riad (opened in August 2024) with a nice courtyard and terrace and very friendly owners. It is in the middle of the Medina. I had an early flight and had to leave at 5 am and I was accompanied by the owner to find the right taxi and get on the road.
