We loved this beautiful riad. We stayed in one of the family rooms. It was a huge room, with a good airconditioner, nice sitting area, good showers, 2 toilets and good beds. The staff were all very nice. The rooms were clean and on top of that, there was a nice rooftop, with a sitting area, and a place for some sunbathing As a cherry on the cake, there’s streaming television with channels from all over the world. I got to enjoy the Olympics 24, with programs from my home country. The breakfast was good and solid. This stay was our favourite of places during our holiday in Morocco.

The rooms are large n luxurious beautifuly decorated and comfortable furnishings .the balcony gets the sun most of the day and a couple hundred yard away is the seafront . You are 15mins walk along the seafront from the Kasbah and medina .really safe n secure neighbour hood and a large super market a couple hundred yards from appartment .

The apartment was exactly as described. The location is excellent — very close to several important places, and the area is very calm, which made the stay comfortable. There was just a small issue with an unpleasant odour coming from the toilet, which should be checked. It would also be great to provide an extra blanket, especially in this cold weather. The Wi-Fi was okay overall.

I was staying here 2 days, after those 2 I booked 4 more because it was a modern, clean apartment and with a home feeling but still hotel like so very comfortable. Also security was top as there is a iron gate/grid to the apartment door besides the normal door. And of course the location was also superb, 5 minutes to old city Medina and also to the sea shore with the surfing schools 10 minutes away! So very central but still a really quiet street away from the main road and traffic. Also 2 bathrooms in the apartment which can be useful if you are 3,4 persons. Good in all ways, so my next time in Rabat i don't have to search for another one(first apartment was disaster in all ways) so this is the opposite! Just positive things!
