Generous, all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Especially, Stefan in the Golden Fish restaurant, Youssef the Deputy Director and Hasna, the Hostess in the Shisha Bar. They all went out of their way to may my stay possible and very, very pleasant.

I recently stayed at The White Palace with my brother, and once again, it was a wonderful experience—this was actually our third time staying at this hotel! The place is always spotless, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. A special thank you to Moncef at the front office—he was incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming, and also very funny, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate his warm hospitality. Stuff really friendly, fantastic riad in the medina but really quit. Breakfast and dinner very good. The room was clean, comfortable and we slept really well. I would say that everything was perfect.

This Riad was so beautiful and the experience was made that much more special for us by the wonderful family who were all friendly and so hospitable. It really felt like visiting family. The breakfast was the best we had in Morocco (including the ones at a hotel)
