Quiet, clean, comfortable and very relaxing, it was a superb experience, we loved the view to the ocean. Breakfast is excellent and the staff extremely kind (Mrs Eva was very precise with us and deserves special praise)

Breakfast is good, the room is clean, and the pool also stunning view. They are very nice to communicate with guests. They hired a taxi early morning at 5:30 AM, for both of us. My friend checked out early morning, and I checked out at 12 pm. This hotel is my favorite hotel in Macau.

The room was big, comfortable and we had an amazing view to the "Eiffel tower". The hotel has free shuttle buses to the city centre, airport and main ports.

The staff were all excellent! So much grateful because the environment itself from the lobby,the cafe up to the room was totally awesome. A mom like me who has a child with special needs,sometimes I tend to asked like heating up the milk since he has a difficulty eating,and yet the staff helped me a lot which I was so much grateful. It was indeed a safe environment for him since we do not want some any chaos or too much crowd unlike with some hotels. They are all helpful and I can recommend this hotel so much.

Frederic at the Front Office who checked us in, was fantastic - he had a great sense of service-minded attitude; made sure we had a great start to our stay and went beyond our expectations. It was his enthusiasm that made us feel like we were treated like VIP; and he made us believe that all the staff were just as dedicated as him.
