The room size is really big, very spacious, there are also bathtub available in the bathroom. The hotel just located near the Venetian / Londoner / Parisian hotel, we can just walk across the street and take photos with the beautiful Big Ben and Eiffell Tower. The ferris wheel located at the center of the building is also a special scenery for great photos. There is a link bridge to the LRT Lotus Station. Easy to travel to the Taipa Ferry Terminal and Macau International Airport. Lots of restaurant choice in the hotel for variety of delicious food.

Grand, clean, good selection of retail outlets. Most importantly the staff shows their dedication and commitment to service excellence. Frederic at the Front Office who checked us in, was fantastic - he had a great sense of service-minded attitude; made sure we had a great start to our stay and went beyond our expectations. It was his enthusiasm that made us feel like we were treated like VIP; and he made us believe that all the staff were just as dedicated as him.
