Staffs were truly amazing and kind. Their kindness made our day. We booked north tour and our guide Kevin was very humorous and gentle to us during the tour. He showed us every corner of the city with detail informations regarding each spots he took us.

My stay at Shanti Ghar Guest House couldn't have been more perfect: Zack & Yelena are awesome hosts who give the best (local) tipps for things to do in Tamarin and around (and help you organize different activities for yourself), tell you which restaurants have the best food and are ready to help you at all times in general. The guest house, outdoor spaces and my room were beautiful, clean and super cozy - definitely the best place to stay at in Tamarin! Next time I'm in Mauritius, I'll definitely stay here again :)

Absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly, certainly our concierge Nawaz who made sure the property was very neat each single day and who gave us some surprises (see photo's) The villa was very luxurious and spacious and the environment gave a peaceful and relaxing vibe. No remarks about the villa. Having a private swimming pool is certainly a bonus.

Firstly, we loved and enjoyed our stay. the staff were extremely kind and welcoming as well as helpful if any issues arose. Also, the facilities such as the gym, bikes to rent, spa, beach, tennis court were all perfect and not crowded. We also enjoyed the breakfasts as there was an amazing selection as well as Mauritian options which introduced us to local culture.

It was a lovely 4 days trip in this place. The room is clean and have all the facilities you need. The location is great, few minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The hosts are super nice and very helpful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Mauritius.

I could not have wished for better hosts. Nothing was too much for them both. They have a lovely family and work very hard keeping the guests looked after. They went out of their way to do a little shopping for us before we arrived for essentials etc. Tea - Coffee Milk and snacks etc. The balcony area was really cosy and the gardens below well maintained with sub-tropical plants etc. Had a wonderful stay and a big thank-you to the family x

I recently stayed at this stunning villa, and I can't recommend it enough! This place is super nice, so peaceful and cozy, making it the perfect beach getaway. The interior is top-notch, featuring beautiful furniture and lovely wooden accents that add a warm touch. All the three bedrooms are all so nice and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a very useful water filter. One of my favorite features was the bar inside the villa—it’s such a cool addition! Plus, having direct access to the beach is a huge advantage and the nearby forest offers excellent hikes to Tamarin. Michael, our host, was a pleasure to deal with and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I’d rate this villa a perfect 10/10! The only tip I’d suggest is to hire a car during your stay, as it’s about a 4-minute drive from the city center of Flic en Flac.

We booked very spontaneously and had the whole Villa to ourselfs. The owners welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything. Our room was very comfortable, the bathroom looked very new, big kitchen, we could use the washing mashine, in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. All in all a very nice and comfortable stay!! We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is amazing, fully renovated. Equipped with everything. There are 3 beautiful rooms. The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the beach, 10minutes from the Jumbo supermarket and restaurant/pubs. The host is really nice, he was very understandable and change our checkout time. Very appreciated.
