Brilliant hotel, good food and drink. Valet parking, TV, room service all great. The staff made it feel like nothing was too much trouble and everything was possible.

Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

We stayed in a rooftop plunge pool suite at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres resort from September 27 to October 5, 2024, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The service, the beach, resort events, food and accommodations, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed with large closets, multiple seating areas, and a comfortable bed. The shower, tub, and vanity area were generously sized and well-appointed. The room’s location was quiet yet conveniently close to all amenities. If you can't find something you enjoy eating here, it might be hard to please your taste buds! There is a lot of diversity between the restaurants and the cuisines and we didn’t have a meal we didn’t enjoy. A standout feature of our stay was the impeccable service, especially from our assigned butler Katia. From the moment we arrived, Katia went above and beyond to ensure our visit was flawless. Katia exhibited an impeccable sense of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail that truly set the tone for our stay. Whether it was arranging last-minute dinner reservations or surprises in our suite, flawlessly handling special requests, or simply anticipating our needs before we voiced them. Other staff we’d like to mention: Mateo at the Bistro. Moises at the Soothe pool bar. Deyvison at Mar House. What a gentleman. Orlando at the Crazy Mariachi. Cauich at the Moon Beach Bar. Daniela at Flavors and Mar House. Miguel at the Cheer swim-up bar. Beach Grill staff. Housekeeping staff – our room was immaculately upkept every day. The purpose of our vacation was to unwind and relax from two very busy schedules. We left feeling not just cared for, but truly valued as a guest. I cannot recommend the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres enough, especially if you're fortunate to have these wonderful people taking care of you. Customer service is the priority at this well-run resort. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

Everything! The hotel is very clean and the put a lot of effort to keep it that way. The rooms are big with super comfortable beds and pillows. The personal is amazing!! I would love to name all of them but I don’t remember all the names. I remember Marlene who cleaned our room, David at the pool. In all the restaurants they were so nice!! Even at the Starbucks!!! My favorite person was Lina, the yoga instructor and the two ladies that help her to prepare everything for the class. I already miss you!!

Everything I have found a new appreciation for the words all inclusive. Love it!
