One of my best hotel experiences! :) From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming. The hotel is spotless and has several restaurants on-site, which is very convenient.
The first night I had noisy neighbors, but the staff immediately moved me to another room without hesitation. Both rooms had beautiful views — though I especially recommend the one overlooking the park. Taxis are stationed right outside the hotel, which feels more like having high-end Ubers at your doorstep.
The rooms were kept immaculate, and I really appreciated the large glass bottle of water delivered each day. The club lounge offers an à la carte breakfast with an amazing view, while the buffet on the R floor is also a solid choice, with a nice variety of food.
The housekeeping staff stood out to me as well. The cleaning lady greeted me every morning, and after I came down with a fever during my stay, she even checked in to ask how I was feeling the next day — such thoughtful gestures make a big difference. The hotel also arranged for a doctor, who arrived in less than an hour.
Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I loved the special touch of receiving a plate of delicious chocolates on Independence Day.
Overall, an outstanding stay with incredible service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

The room had everything I needed, it was very clean, and the location in Polanco was excellent. The staff was very attentive, and my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely come back if I return to Mexico City.

The place is in a great location, right next to many restaurants and convenience stores. The neighbourhood is very green, clean and quiet.
The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and very clear in instructions on how to get to the property.

I expected to stay for only one night but extended to a second night because it was outstanding. The location could not have been better. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the special touches throughout the room and hotel in general were top notch.
I did not have the included breakfast but did enjoy the Chilaquiles which were fantastic. For a light dinner I had the burrata with tomatoes and peaches and a cocktail the bartender prepared especially for me and it was divine.
I will stay here again and again.
