Everything! It was so beautiful, great value. We loved it was a little out the way of the hotel zone so wasn’t as busy but still had coffee and restaurants nearby. The internet was great I was able to work from there a few days and take numerous calls. We have been moving every few days for the last couple of months and this place felt homely. The hosts were also great and responsive, we loved everything about it can’t recommend enough! Trying to figure out how we can come back to Tulum purely for this apartment!

I was so impressed with the nice, thoughtful, and helpful staff. They helped us arrange bike pickups and checked in with us to make sure we were having a great stay. The property is beautiful. Definitely would recommend this hotel, make sure to check out the juice bar right next door for the best breakfast!

The hotel was just perfect, specially all the staff was just amazing. We felt welcome and taken care of from the first second we arrived. And the rooms, access to the private beach, the pool and the hotel in general were great, but special attention goes to the breakfast with the healthy but delicious options.

It was a good stay. The communcation was excellent during the entire stay.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens.

The owner is french - like us, it was really nice talking with him. He gave us a map our the recommended restaurants and cenotes nearby. They had some cats, lovely dogs, and even an opossum ? The swimming pool was really nice, we took a lot of bathes in it and were always alone. And the breakfast was also really good.
