The woman who greeted us was very friendly, excellent customer service. She showed us around the loft and explained how the site worked. The room rate includes access to the 4 cenotes site for the number of occupants in the room. A free guided tour is offered, a must. Parking near the cenote site is also free. Entrance to the site alone normally costs 700 pesos per person. A real bargain!

The hotel is very beautiful and well equiped. The manager is the most welcoming helpful person and he really wants your stay to be a unique one. The architecture and detailes are very charming! It is a good idea to have a car or use colectivos to get around.

This accommodation was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, Esther warmly welcomed us, provided all the information we needed, and proactively took care of everything. The property is stunning and impeccably maintained, with beautiful rooms, warm shower water, a pool, hammocks, bean bags, and more. The breakfast was delicious and always more than enough. We highly recommend having a car, as it makes exploring the surrounding area much easier. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would recommend it to anyone. Amazing location. Far enough away from the overtourism that it felt like a slice of paradise. A few nice restaurants along the beach - the best may be right next door. Melisa and Nancy were very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Perfect!

It was so lovely to arrive at VerdeAmar, a little oasis in the jungle. The property is very special and the pool lovely. The bedroom was beautiful and the bed the most comfortable of all our travels in Mexico. We loved sleeping with the feeling of being up in the trees. We were sad to leave and wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is exceptional! If you are in for staying in the jungle, out of the main tourist routes, it's perfect. Surrounded by nature, with great facilities and plenty of space, and only a short walk from the nearby town where you'll find authentic restaurants. I would certainly come back, even with kids.
