Great hotel with amazing staff. The room was spacious & always clean. Both pools are great for chilling, while the restaurants were simply special. Shout out to the AMAZING restaurant manager in the morning (Rolando I think) & Martin who were both simply the best.

The vibe of the hotel is fantastic. Everyone was super friendly, and you could meet people from all over the world. I was traveling myself, and it was very nice for me as I could meet people and do more activities. After breakfast, most of the guests go to the pool to get naked, chill a little, and then head to any excursion around. In the eves, pretty much the same naked hang out at the pool, and then most of the guests go down to the bar to get some booze.

A recently renovated aparthotel situated in Tulum, Urbano by Sundara features a rooftop pool. Guests staying at this aparthotel have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony.

We were so happy to find this place. After booking another location and receiving a message from the host 3 days prior our flight saying the apartment is not actually available, we found Urbano and booked it last minute. And it was the best decision ever! Brand new apartments, great amenities and lovely hosts always willing to help. They offer cleaning every time the guests feel the need. The bed are perfects. The neighborhood is the best: next to the building is a coffee and breakfast place, 1 min away a 7 eleven and 1 shop. 5 mins away you can find a laundry service place named Clea lavanderia - good prices and service. The biggest plus for us was that 2 minutes away found an excellent restaurant named FIT A LICIOUS with good meat and fish, having the option to make the food GF, keto, vegetarian or vegan. On the opposite side at 2 mins away there is another delicious restaurant named Xibak. Pharmacy nearby, a spa in the back of the building and parking places available. Happy to spend here 2 weeks.

Everything was just perfect from the communication with the owner, the welcoming, the beautiful and huge appartment, the location in Tulum , the high end furnitures, material, the huge TV, the swimming pool, the atmosphere, safety....I will definitely recommend it and hope to be back!
