The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Julian. The location has many very good restaurants, 24-hour laundry which is cheap and convenient and a seven eleven just a minute walk away. The bed was so comfy and big. The shower was superb. There is a monorail station close, but it was humid most of the time, so I'd suggest using the grab application.

I've been to Kuala Lumpur thrice already and I highly suggest staying at the Big M Hotel. It is perfectly situated next to the MRT and there are fast food chains and convenience store below and across. Also, it is walking distance to several tourist attractions. Overall, their service and quality of the rooms were also beyond what I have paid for. Well maintained facilities too. Hope to book with you again in the near future!

The room was clean, nice view. The silaturrahim surau was nice and clean. The lobby area has nice city view, toilet at lobby was elegant. I really appreciate En Azza at the hotel reception desk, very helpful and courteous.

Location was the best food/mall/public transport all in 5 to 10 minutes walk. Money changer all around. Room are big and clean.staff are helpful and management building really helpful for helping. Parking was fantastic it's like iam in Japan automatic card parking system safe& ezy to use
