I had an exceptional 8-night stay at the George Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its many qualities. Very nice apartment. In a quiet and secluded estate. No issues with power. The views from the balcony and bed rooms were amazing. The WiFi was good. The place was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to the mainland or Island from here. Security here was excellent. Upscale furnishing.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We loved the evening entertainment on the night we checked in — the female singer was fantastic and created such great vibes. The following evening’s entertainer, a male singer, was also brilliant. I loved the art in the lobby and the overall ambience. It was our first time in Nigeria and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We’ll be coming back! There was also a waiter whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, but he was fantastic — so friendly, attentive, and patient. He explained the menu clearly and looked after us so well. I wasn’t sure what type of egg to have with my yam, and he even took the time to explain what stewed egg was.
