The capsules are very cute and very comfortable and clean, the staff is super friendly and kind. The Hotel is very well located in a very quiet area of Amsterdam where you can rest without all the noise from the city. You can go to the museums walking (less than 5 minutes), it’s also 5 minutes walk to the tram and to the bus stop. Thank you to all the staff for all of your attentions with me, this was the second time I stayed in this Hotel and I will definitely come back for my next holiday! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart Bedstee!

I did the reservation for the incorrect night and the hotel let me do the check in the day after, which was very kind from them. I checked in before 15:00pm, and the room was super clean, more clean than what I've seen in 4 star and 5 star hotels. The staff was kind and made me feel like home. The hotel has a lovely cat named Bella and in the kitchen you can drink complementary water, coffee and tea. I will definitely come back, and I really appreciate Evita, Fatima and one boy at night who is also a receptionist (I forgot his name) but we talked for a while. Incredible staff, incredible hotel.
