The recepcionist (from Cataluña) was extremely nice and friendly. In addition I got an upgrade, so all was great. The room I got was great with a nice view and verh cosy. The bed very comfortable and a great shower. I will certainly repeat.

I loved how beautiful the decor was and how new and clean everything was. Checking in was so easy and fast as well. The place was stocked with all the amenities we needed which were all high quality and smelled amazing! The location was beautiful and so central we were so happy to wake up to the view we had :)) honestly this was the best place I’ve ever stayed at and I would definitely come back 100%!!

Upon arrival we were met with the doormen who took our luggage straight to the room. Check-in was smooth even though they didn't see payment from bookings .com. We were given our room despite the payment issue.
Room was well laid out clean and beyond our expectation. All staff were very friendly and always ensuring all was okay.
