Location was ideal for us, everything was a 5 min walk. Incredibly clean upon arrival. Beds were very comfortable. Mario (the manager) was very quick to respond to messages and also gave me his WhatsApp in case we needed anything he really went above and beyond with his hospitality. 10/10.

The location is just amazing. It has an elevator and a luggage storage room. The candies and coffee that are available at any time are real life savers, specially when you are walking about a lot., because you can actually pop into the hotel at any time as it is ao centrally located.The complimentary breakfast is just right. The hotel is situated right near to all the places tourists visit- Dam Sqaure, Red Lught area etc. There are many and varied restaurants around the hotel. The manager Mo was so wonderful and accommodating! He particularly took great care of my elderly aunt (even with a language barrier) and was very kind and helpful, I can’t thank him enough. The location of the property was also outstanding, very easy walking distance to everything and a beautiful view from the canal view rooms
