The communication was amazing and the location lovely. Everything was perfect. We rented bikes from Starbikes and explored the city.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed and another lady whose name eludes me. The room was spacious with a practical layout. We had 2 bathrooms which was so important for a family of 5. We had a high-floor with a gorgeous view and the place was clean. When we ran out of beverages, we simply had to go to the reception desk to pick more up. It was nice to have a parking lot in the basement.
