The location is very convenient for walking around and visiting places. The building is a block away from the busy streets, so it's completely free of noise and dusts from the streets. The staff are very friendly. The building and rooms are very charming in traditional styles, and the bathroom has very modern and convenient settings. The breakfast is great with many choices. The "curd" (yogurt) is the local traditional style and is very tasty.

- Pradeep and his family were lovely hosts, ever so helpful with organizing all our travel needs.
- The house was a beautiful building in the traditional style, super-close to Patan Durbar Square with all its restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle
- Good WiFi
- While the untiled bathroom looked a bit bare, it was great how fast it dried after using the shower - also, there was no mould whatsoever
