warm , welcoming staff soon as you enter the hotel they assist you with any questions you have in the most friendliest way. Food was DELICIOUS! Room was clean to high expectations & mini bar , the hydrotherapy room plus heated pool was a bonus . especially loved the Bath tub in the room ! it was our first time here too

Beautiful hotel easily accessible to Auckland CBD. Gorgeous decor, art work, excellent food and friendly helpful staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us recover left valuables and arranged to send them to us in the South Island. Highly recommend!

It is located at a perfect location, easy to reach from highway, parking close by for reasonable prices. Hotel is absolutely great value for money, super room with everything one can need, very well equipped and fantastic bed. Very friendly staff that gave me a beautifull room with harbour view.

Rightly placed for tourist to see and enjoy Auckland. The skycity, the casino, the church, the food outlet varieties , CBD and the central bus terminal all were stone thrown away. The hotel ambience and the attitude of staff was really nice. Value for money and very decent accommodation which is clean and maintained pristine.

Its clean, great location etc but absolutely stands out because of the amazing staff. They helped us a lot by arranging an early check in and were so nice with the baby and helping with the baggage. Would go here again when staying in auckland.
