Service level was above and beyond. My family was attending an event in the city and I cheekily requested an early carpark and the possibility of obtaining an apartment key 🔑. Wayne not only granted my request but allowed us access to the apartment at 10am. It is not lost on us that it placed pressure on himself and his cleaning team. The apartment was perfect, exceptional location, spacious and spotless. Thank you we are very grateful for your kindness.

Great Motel....good size room and bathroom etc ..all exceptionally clean. And the bonus of a swimming pool as well. Washing machine/dryer facilities there also which was very handy.

We had a fantastic stay. Very comfortable and very well equipped with fridge dishes cutlery and toaster. We even had a small balcony. Staff were fantastic and with the reception closed the self checkin worked well. It is location is handy from the airport on Bus 29 and is near the Park. Can strongly recommend this hotel.

Diplomat Motel is just 10 minutes’ walk from St. George’s Hospital. Ongoing refurbishing currently it self-contained accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a private patio.
