We arrived into Dunedin on a cold, wet November day. Upon arriving at the property, we found it to be very cold. Within a short period of time though, the very efficient air conditioning had warmed the place easily and so made our stay very comfortable. The house is very spacious and well equipped. It has a great view over Dunedin and is close to a great supermarket.

Beechwood Boutique Accommodation are fabulous to holiday with. Everything is perfect, clean and comfortable and they have a laundry for your use as well. The hosts are so considerate and welcoming. It is close to the Botanical Gardens and Bird Aviary which are a must see when you visit Dunedin, especially in October/November for full on flowers. The city shops are in walking distance approximately 10 minute easy walk or bus stop close by. Thankyou kindly for making my holiday so pleasant, I enjoyed it thoroughly.
