The staff at front desk and breakfast were extremely attentive, professional and friendly. Fresh fruit,juices and coffee every morning plus huge selection of pastries/muffins and breads. The hotel was a quick and safe walk over to Multiplaza mall which even has a supermarket. The room was much bigger than expected, very spacious bathroom, very nice toiletries.

Amid the financial district of Panamá, Bristol Panama, a Registry Collection Hotel has a spa centre and a sauna for guests to enjoy a massage, or they may use the fitness centre after a day’s work.

There was a good selection for breakfast + we liked the optional dishes too. Adored the little boxed biscuit on the bedside table during turn down service. Very friendly staff all round but the restaurant staff imparticular made us feel special! Definitely coming back ☺️

We stayed one night and really liked our room. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, very comfortable en very quiet. The owner was very friendly and was very keen on helping us with our travel plans. Communication was perfect . Good value for money.

This is how you run a hotel. From the very first moment you feel welcome, appreciated and at home. The staff was great. You feel they are happy to work there and happy to have you as a guest. Little shout out to wonderful Nayeli at the reception desk, she is a gem. Everything in the hotel, the area, the pool, the restaurants, is neat and organized and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is amazing, a big variety, including nice Panamanian food! After a few other Marriott hotels in Panama, this felt like a different league. We had an amazing time here. This will be our #1 choice hotel when we ever return to Panama .
