They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was easy to communicate via WhatsApp but the concierge was also available during the day for requests such as laundry. The room was very spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. It's also located in a safe neighborhood with a few malls around the corner for quick food options; going to the touristic places will require to take a taxi as there's little to no public transport around but it's a short drive from everything.

Sofitel Legend is a beautiful, historical place in the beating heart of Casco Viejo. It has the old atmosphere with moder luxury and comfort. Whad two wonderful nights there, with a fantastic view from our balcony, we wish we could stay longer. The staff is super-friendly, the food and drink options are great and the breakfast was also very nice with various options. we highly reccomend it.
