I got injured right before arriving at the hotel. They treated me with such an emphaty and care, I could not imagine to be somewhere else with my issue. They called for me a local healer, who made me be able to step on my foot again. They were always there when I needed anything. I am very grateful to the staff and the owner of the hotel.

The host gave us a free welcome drink on the first night
Lots of activities each day, from walking tours to club nights to dancing classes.
They have a super efficient travel agency on site too who can sort out any connections you need to make during your trip

Stayed here at very short notice after completing the 4 day Inca Trail.
Couldn't ask for more! Comfy bedroom with large bathroom with bath and shower. Complimentary cocktails included. Just what we needed after 3 nights in a tent!!
The staff were very accommodating too. Loved this hotel.

The best hostel in Peru from my experience. I stayed here for 5 days. It's walking distance to the plaza de armas, like 2 mins only as it's close. The breakfast is good even it's all the same everyday. I like how they have 24/7, water refill, hot water with tea or coca leaf. I love the setting of the room. And my bed is big and comfy. They always clean as the main door is unlocked. The design in the dining area is really nice. Overall is 10/10
