I got injured right before arriving at the hotel. They treated me with such an emphaty and care, I could not imagine to be somewhere else with my issue. They called for me a local healer, who made me be able to step on my foot again. They were always there when I needed anything. I am very grateful to the staff and the owner of the hotel.

The staff were so lovely, they really made us feel at home. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room is really comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great!! Location is fantastic, close to the centre but far enough away to not be too noisy. The double glazing on the windows was exceptional, very quiet room and we were facing the street.

Stayed here at very short notice after completing the 4 day Inca Trail.
Couldn't ask for more! Comfy bedroom with large bathroom with bath and shower. Complimentary cocktails included. Just what we needed after 3 nights in a tent!!

Excellent property, great view, nice that they have a great tea station, breakfast was the best in my Peru trip especially the staff who were both super kind. Overall staff v friendly as per other reviews. Location excellent.

Nice and big Hostel. 5minutes walk from the main square. Restaurants and shops nearby. I stayed in 6ppl female dorm. Asked for a bottom bed and got it. They have a bar upstaris but I didn't attend to any acctivities there because of my jetlag and so I didn't meet anyone there.
The room was clean and comfy, with private bathroom.
I had breakfast included - there was a choice of 3 dishes, I had omlette with a bum and fruits. Very tasty.
You can have a cocoa tea all day long for free.
