Had an amazing experience at this hostel! The staff really make all the difference — the cleaners, reception, baggage storage team and security were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bathrooms were consistently spotless, which I really appreciated. Every time I walked in, the reception team and security staff always greeted me with a smile and a warm "hi". Would definitely stay here again! Special thank you to Elvira, Diana, Fati, Liz and Meli for the warm hospitality and excellent customer service.

My stay exceeded my expectation. My room was upgraded, also when i came back to the room from the cold rain, found there was a hot water bag in the bed that was so sweet. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was perfect.

Lovely place. Quiet and comfy. I loved the plants. Good rooms and bathrooms. Great breakfast. Incredibly nice staff. They even helped us arranging our tour for next day with no previous notice and better price.
Consider that the hotel is located on a extremely narrow street shared with cars. Be careful. Also, it’s located up in a hill which you can feel with Cuzco’s altitude of 3400 masl. I recommend always arriving by car if you are traveling with young kids or older people.
