The room was very comfortable to help us recover from the jetlag. We loved the homemade breakfast which was delicious with fruits, yogurt, granola, cakes, tea, juices and eggs or pancakes. The hotel is very well located, especially convenient for those arriving via Lima airport. The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight, and they immediately offered us several options to make our wait more comfortable. We were even given early check-in, access to breakfast, and allowed into our room ahead of time – it was absolutely perfect. Truly outstanding service that made all the difference. Highly recommended!

The hotel and rooms were modern and clean. The bathroom had all the amenities required, including small bottle shampoos and body lotion. The staff were friendly and were willing to help out with group requests. Carmen, who I spoke to on the reservation team, as well as the hotel staff went above and beyond to help facilitate pre-payment and ensure different parties of our group could check in immediately. The breakfast spread was incredible, the food was very fresh and delicious, and you can also request for an omelette with various ingredients with the kitchen. If you have an early start to the day, you can also request a breakfast to-go.
