I really enjoyed the stay in this great hotel! The staff was really kind and friendly! The location of the hotel is perfect to reach the beach! The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was great! Highly recommended! They even provide shuttle bus to the ferry and u can leave ur luggage there after check out! Thank you for the great time :)

friendly Staff, good location (not to close to downtown and not too far away), breakfast was delicious, the afternoon pizza was like from italy, nice balcony with view to ocean, well organized shuttle service to airport (they have their own boat)

The breakfast was good. Good choices and the staff really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent only problem there was an alley you had to walk through which was not at all pleasant. When it rained it flooded. The staff were friendly polite and very willing to help. They had a guy outside selling trips who was extremely pleasant and not at all pushy

Exceptional service, staff was very nice, helpful and attentive, all my requests were addressed immediately, I felt pampered, thank you!
Room was spacious and very clean. I liked rooftop swimming pool and gym which is equipped pretty well as for hotel gym.
Very good location, just nearby White Beach and all shops and restaurants.

Ralphs Place has been a haven for us while we stayed in Boracay few days ago. We were able to rest and enjoyed our short break. The food is superb! Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The staff are so friendly. The housekeeping are cleaning every twice a day. The hotel is neat and with good working facilities.
