They help arrange transport, tours, and they don't even get anything out of it.

Clean and perfect location. The best part of this property is the owner, always attentive and helpful. I arrived 2 days later than I was suposed to and he offered to extend the booking by 2 nights. He helped me with tours, ferry etc. 100% recommend!

The location was perfect (quiet and not a party place). It took me around 7-10 minutes to walk to the town center and look for restaurants. I prefer it that way since I enjoy walking. Nash and his family took care of me and my needs during my stay. The hostel is cozy and always spotless. The hostel made a tour reservation for me and took care of my van transfer to the airport. Laundry service is also available. Highly recommended!

The room was complete with essentials, including soap, shampoo, towels, bed sheets, and other utilities. The place itself is comfortable and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation and rest. The room is air-conditioned and the internet connection is fast, which I really appreciated.
The staff were very accommodating. There was just a slight delay when I arrived because they weren’t informed ahead of time about my arrival, but they handled it well.
Xavier's Place Two is a recently renovated homestay in the centre of Coron, 1.2 km from Dicanituan Beach and 5.3 km from Maquinit Hot Spring.

This was my favourite place I stayed in the Philippines. Sheena the host is a lovely person who has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing even going as far as to help us when we got scammed by a tour guide. The bedrooms are clean, well-furnished, and spacious. The communal areas offer everything anyone could need, and the surrounding area is very quiet and safe. I honestly cannot fault Xavier’s Place.
