The prompt and professional customer service! They're always 1 step ahead of what you need, ensuring you'll have truly comfortable and worry-free stay. Wonderful consideration and initiative to offer us a pack breakfast given we won't make it to the breakfast buffet due to our early flight back. It was delicious and actually saved us on the 15hr flight back. It was so comfortable that the kids even started calling it home :)

Got upgraded to an amazing suite (1001), staff was super friendly & helpful, food was top notch! Had afternoon tea in the Writers Lounge and it was excellent too. The Mistral bar on the 10th floor is very breezy and a col place to watch the sunset. Wish we could have stayed longer, unfortunately the spa was fully booked but would have loved to try it! Definitely the best place we stayed at during our 10 day trip!

I had a wonderful stay at Canopy. The place are clean and well maintained, very convenient just a minute walk to BGC High Street. The ameneties like gym and especially the Roofdeck with swimming pool are my fave place to chill. It was a great experienced and would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect. The place is well located, well equipped, the internet works fast and there are amazing views from the roof deck. The host is super friendly and responsive and I could even check out late due to my evening flight. Highly recommended place!
