The whole hotel is clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection for both continental and Filipino menus are superb. Location is great! Just literally across Greenbelt.

All perfect! The staff was so kind that I had probably never encountered before. Cleaning ok! Large room equipped with all comforts! Abundant breakfast full of choice from sweet to savory!
Great location! Possibility to leave your luggage in case of need!

This review is long overdue. Stayed here in March and can gladly say the following:
- Location is amazing with stunning view
- Staff is very accomodating, probably the best part about staying there.
- Size of the loft suite is great
- Wifi is really good. If needing to work, it will meet your standards for zoom / ms team calls
- I can really only recommend this place to the fullest.

A very good equipped Hotel. Excellent Breakfast and… for us important…a very good gym. The concierge, Mr. Gilbert was very kind and helped us perfectly to enjoy and organize everything in Manila. A special thank you to the very nice ladies at the reception (Abby and Dianne). They made us every time feel coming home.

It was perfect, from the key handover, extra services for extra bed, extend stay etc.
The apartment is clean, cosy and of course in a great location. The communication was at all times very easy and helpful.

Kudos to your security staff Ronald and to the reception manager Mary who assisted me in tirning on the aircon. Thanks also for Lovely who made my check in late in the evening quite comfortable as she is knowledgeable on what to do.
And your staff on duty JP who have taken a look at the airconditioning unit at such an ungodly hour as I told him that it might be not functioning well. And to Russel who took the time out to help me with my parking and the purchasing of mask in the morning before we leave for Boracat. Thanks you Russel.
More importantly, the Super Junior 20th Anniversary was made memorable also because of my stay in the 16th floor.
