The rooms were quite spacious and clean. The aesthetics in the reception were more towards Pakistan style, but within the rooms itself, it was more like European style. Every room offered plenty of privacy. They also had a closed (indoor) in swimming pool. The hotel staff was very understanding and accommodating with the last-minute requests. Definitely the best breakfast from my whole trip to Pakistan. Good variety of options (Spiy and mild/international and Pakistani). The location was quite good, with plenty of parking and close to the food streets. However, if hoping to explore more, I would recommend renting a car.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and the staff is great, but the online booking system needs improvement. It was not smooth and a bit difficult to use. If this gets better, the overall experience would be perfect.

The professionalism and courtesy of the staff was excellent. From security team to valet, the bellboy to reception staff (both day and night) to restaurant attendant and the chef all have been extremely welcoming and helpful!

Staff was courteous, and the facility was well maintained. Staff were quick to respond. We were relieved to see mineral water big galon in the room. It saved us a lot of hassle. Would highly recommend.
