The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. I had trouble calling my car rental company so they called them and connected them to my room. I thought that was great.

Short walking to the tram station, 9-10 stop to the Old Town, the Wawel, and other attractions. The hotel is not so big, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent. We would choose again Hampton, we liked to stay there.

A very decent place. We liked everything. The staff is very friendly. Everything is like new. It is nice and clean everywhere. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was big and comfy. The spa area is well done and has a lot of things to offer. The breakfast was exceptionally good. It is a little far away from the city center and other interesting locations, this is the only small downside.

Everything was exceptional! Cleanliness, amenities, everything one can ask for, super great location for those traveling by bus or train, extra close to the city center, and a very safe location in general (that was very important for me as a female traveler). I'm definitely getting back to this place once in Krakow! Couldn't be happier about the host's communication, and letting me check out a bit later than planned! Very very very pleased with the stay.

Good location, like 7-10 min walk to galletlry mall, with nice christmas market. Short walk to the city center Really clean and beatiful-modern 1 room apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. There is washer dryer combo, they even provide a launfary capsul(it was nice). You can leave your suit case after checkout. Nice bonus was- light blocking curtain. The room as on the picture and matches description.
