Perfect location, spotless, brand new building, Zabka, bakery, the best coffee shop (Noble) ever all within 2 mins from the place. Resturants, including Polish cuisine, metro, bus, tram. Ideal. So comfortable. Easy to find, quiet. Safe area. The view from the balcony tranquil. Had a visit from a woodpecker on the tree closest to the balcony. Just perfect.
